The 2 Alpes

Hey everyone,

Hope you are all well. Lyndal and I are FREEZING over here! Its been really beautiful waking up some mornings with snow everywhere and especially walking to work in the snow - its great.

Last weekend I got back from a week in the French Alpes with the fella's (Burling, Sakai and Kenji). We went snowboarding in a place called the 2 Alpes (or El du Alpes). I've uploaded some more pics in the photo section...

Lyndal is enjoying her new forensic job (I don't really like her doing it though). We both only have to travel about 45 mins to work now which is handy.

We have started plannig our next trip - and we are off to Morocco for a week and then France for another week for some more boarding and skiing. Can't wait for Morocco - we got a place right on Killers Point (a really good point break) and there is a stretch of sick right hand point breaks nearby.

We had a visit from Angie Beasty Marlow last weekend as well before she hed off on a whirlwind Europe trip with Sandra. Fun doing a little more touristy stuff in London with her.

Peace out.

Prague!

Well, Prague was amazing! Such an interesting and beautiful city. We immersed ourselves in the history, Matrioschka dolls, goulash and oh yes the sausages (and they were as cheap as chips, well pretty much everything was!). It was great being able to share it with the guys as well, and of course big Knoxy all the way from Japan!

We all stayed in a massive apartment (which possibly was once a palace - woowoo!) in a really old part of the city at the foot of Prague Castle. The weather was absolutely FREEZING! I developed an adaptive blue tinge most of the time....It snowed one arvo/night and the boys pretty much annihilated themselves in many a snowfight!

So, after New Years back in London, we are back to the grind. Happy New Year to you all and we hope that 2007 brings to you a deeper knowledge and understanding of our Creator. 2006 has definately been a massive year for us - amazing experiences and really hard experiences, but a truly awestruck view of just how BIG our God is and just how amazing His Grace is as we are taught, refined and grown through Him.
