Starting Work....phew!

Hey everyone! Sorry we haven't updated the site for a while.

We both have jobs now which is a mssive relief! We thought for a moment there we were going to have to pack our bags and come home with our tails between our legs! God has been looking after us in so many ways and we can look back over the last few weeks and see his amazing hand at work.

Lyndal is working in a day hospital as an OT in the mental health team in Wembley, London. Some of you may not have heard but when we got here Lyndal was told that there was no work for her! Anyway it's all good now...

I am working for the London Development Agency (LDA) as a Network Engineer. The LDA is responsible for planning parts of the London Olympic Games in 2012. Their office is in St. Katherines Dock - Its a really posh area and there are million pound yachts lined up in front of the LDA office (I took some photo's - See the link "More Bedford UK").

London is such a crazy place during peak hour and took a little while to get used to. It's like walking around in a lifesize game of Monopoly!

Next weekend we are moving into a little townhouse in a place called St. Albans - Really nice place. We have checked out a church about 100m down the road (so convenient!) called Dagnell Baptist - we've only been once but we think it might be a keeper which is great. We have been busy buying stuff to deck our place out with (woohoo for Ikea!). There is lots of room so come one come all! You are all very welcome to come visit - you will not be disappointed! Oh yeah, and there are 2 pubs within 50m of the front door! Ha ha!

Disneyland

Forgot to post these photos of Disneyland Japan. Check out this one of Lyndal on Splash Mountain (back left). When we got off the ride there was a little brown nugget on lyndals seat! Sorry it's pretty bad quality - we took a photo of a computer screen...
